PMC is a key venue for the Muslim community of Sheffield and South Yorkshire.The centre is well utilised by the community for a number of activities that include:

 Weddings

  is the only venue throughout South Yorkshire that is able to cater for Muslim Weddings. The centre is fully booked every weekend from April to September.

 Functions

 additions to the weddings a number of functions are held during the evenings and at the weekend.These include visitors from Pakistan, meetings held by the SY Police Jobcentre Plus, NHS, private training providers and local voluntary organisations.

 Translation and interpretation Services

 PMC provide a comprehensive translation service for Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates and additional documents. We also provide an interpretation service. PMC can assist in the preparation of Power of Attorney and Sponsors for members sponsor their relatives.

 Sports and Healthy Activities

 Being active and healthy eating will lead to improving he quality of life of all members of our community. In addition to the Gym we also involve the community in a number of additional sports and physical activity these include:

• » Elderly project every wednesday to provide them healthy activities and outdoor trips

 Passports, Pakistani ID Cards (NICOP) & Visas

 PMC forms available to assist the community to apply for Pakistani passport, visa and NICOP card. PMC also provide information on requirement and can help members of Community to complete the forms.

 Play Scheme Sessions/Trips & Outings

 In collaboration with Special Needs Inclusion Project (SNIP) Play care sessions are organised for disabled children and their siblings.

 PMC have recently established a football team for the under 14's. PMC United. The lads play in the Rotherham league every Sunday. The home pitch is Coleridge Road.

 One of the initiatives In collaboration with a local of voluntary organisation has been to established a "Community Gym" The gym is equipped with "State of the Art" equipment and is very popular.

 The Gym is open on a daily basis and separate sessions are held for men and women with qualified instructors on hand.
